Hi Folks,

I'm writing this statement because somehow a track which was entitled as
"Emilie Autumn Technohead Remix" or similar leaked through my web server
and I want to clear up some confusion the track caused.

First of all, it is *not* a remix, and I do not claim any rights on the
track, nor do I sell the track to anyone. The track is a part from a DJ set
I performed at the club U60311, Frankfurt, Germany, back in February 2009.
Basically I mixed the Oyster Remix of Swallow together as part of the DJ
performance. I have shown the track to a few friends of mine, who were
really amazed on that one after they listened to it in the club I was playing.

However, it seems that the track was passed on to more people as I intented,
and I've been recieving several hundreds of hits in nearly no time on my
webserver. I cannot tell if that is a good or a bad thing - I cannot judge
if people just download it and say "hell that's a piece of crap" or "wow
thats godlike". All I can tell is that the audience in the club enjoyed it.
Since Emilie Autumn or the record label still has the copyright on that one,
I decided to replace the track with one of my own productions.

I've read on Emilie's forums (where most of the downloads came from) that
I was entitled to have "raped" Swallow, which was clearly *not* my
intention. I consider myself as a big fan of EA's work, and I'm a follower
of the "dark" scene myself, even tough that might sound strange for some of
you in the first place. You can be assured I have the biggest respect for
EA and her music, not only from fan to artist, but also from artist to artist.

If you want to hear the original "remix" track, you're out of luck - I do not
have permission from EA to publish the track, and because of that it will stay
offline.

I wish you all the best!

Timo
